Chenda

A free party invitation, in one link

Birthday, housewarming or party with friends: create your online invitation for free, send a simple link, and follow replies in one place. Your guests can even answer without creating an account.

An invitation that does more than invite

A paper invitation looks nice, but then you have to count replies by hand. With Chenda, the invitation is a living page: guests sign up, answer “Maybe” or reply to your questions, and you see who is coming in real time.

A link to share

Tick “Create a public link”: you get a link to send by text, WhatsApp, email or to post anywhere.

Reply without an account

With “Allow sign-ups as a guest”, people sign up with just their name.

The guest list

See who's coming, who's unsure and who's on the waiting list, and choose whether the list is visible to all.

Your questions

Menu, allergies, what everyone brings: add options to the invitation.

Automatic reminders

People who signed up get a reminder before the party and can add it to their calendar.

Under your control

The link only works while the event is displayed, and you can turn it off at any time.

Create an invitation in 4 steps

  1. Create the event: title, date, place and description of the party.
  2. Turn on the public link: tick “Create a public link”, and the guest option if your friends don’t use Chenda.
  3. Send the link: by text, WhatsApp, email or social media.
  4. Follow the replies: the participant list updates with every answer.

For which parties?

Birthday, housewarming, farewell party, hen or stag do, street party or simple drinks with friends: any party can have its online invitation. If the date isn't set yet, start with a free date poll.

Frequently asked questions

Is the online invitation free?

Yes. Creating the invitation, sharing the link and following replies are free, with no limit on guests.

No, if you turn on “Allow sign-ups as a guest”: they sign up with just their name. With an account they also get notifications and reminders.

Who can see the invitation?

People who have the link, and the groups or contacts you chose. Visitors without an account never see the list of people signed up.

Can I turn the link off?
